3 Powerful Techniques To Change Your Life: 7 Day Challenge


 

In this video, Dr Joe Dispenza gives us three things that we can practice for the next 7 days to start seeing incredible things happen in our lives:

1. Start your day with this simple question: “What is the greatest ideal of myself that I can be today?”

Most people live their lives doing the same things every day. They’re running their lives from a program and they’ve lost their free will to the program.

Become conscious of your mental and physical states during the day. Ask yourself what thoughts and behaviours you want to have and exhibit during the day. Raise your awareness so that you’re in charge of your day.

2. Take time at the end of the day to feel gratitude and give thanks.

Gratitude is the ultimate state of receiving. Being grateful gives you more things to be grateful for.

At the end of the day spend 10 minutes feeling gratitude for everything that’s happened during the day. Really feel the emotion of gratitude with all your heart, and prepare your mind and body for receiving more to be grateful for.

3. Take time during the day to sit down and close your eyes, and open your awareness to the space around you.

Start raising your awareness to the space around you. Sense the space and pay attention to it. Raising your awareness helps to reduce stress and creates more coherent brainwave states.
