In this video, Dr Bruce Lipton explains how we’re in control of our wishes and desires when our conscious mind is focused. However, when our conscious mind starts to wander and lose focus, our subconscious mind takes over and we go through our day based on our programs.
Dr Lipton explains that we spend 95% of our day working our programs, and that if we program our subconscious with our wishes and desires, we can spend more of our day working towards our goals. Dr Lipton then goes on to explain that we can reprogram our subconscious while we sleep, and that reprogramming our subconscious with wishes and desires means that we’ll be successful, and we won’t even have to think about it.
So, ask yourself, “how do I want my life to be?” and then reprogram your mind during your sleep to help you achieve your wishes and desires!
