Jim Carrey recognises that many people choose their paths in life from a place of fear disguised as practicality, rather than chasing the things that they want, because they think that those things are out of reach or ridiculous to expect.
He also notes that to find real peace, we have to let out armour go. We need to stop trying to be something for the world, and that it's our need for acceptance that can make us invisible. He also says that we should risk being seen in all of our glory and to never let fear turn us against our playful hearts.
